Online Course Agreement
This Online Course Agreement ("Agreement") is made between hashtag.study (the "Company") and you ("Participant") to govern your use, access, and participation in the online courses provided by the Company on the website, hashtag.study ("Website").
1. The Courses
1.1 The Company offers the following courses ("Courses"):
- Graphic Design Course: This course provides access to all three modules, complete with hands-on projects and our essential design toolkit. Features include:

- Lifetime Access
- No Project Feedback
- 14-Day Refund Period
- Graphic Design Course PLUS: (Annual subscription), this course includes all features of the Graphic Design Course, plus direct feedback from Ben and Viv to help you refine your skills. Features include:

- Lifetime Access

- 30-Day Refund Period
- Graphic Design Course Intro: This course offers Module 1 only and our essential design toolkit to cover the basics and get you started in graphic design. Features include:

- 2 Years Access
- No Projects
- No Project Feedback
- 14-Day Refund Period
1.2 By purchasing and participating in any Course, you agree to be bound by all the policies and procedures set out in this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please cease your participation immediately.
2. Access to the Courses
2.1 To purchase any of the Courses, you must register for an account via the Website. If you already have an account, you can log in using your username and password.
2.2 Each Course purchase is treated as a separate offer. Acceptance of your offer to purchase one Course does not imply acceptance of any other Course in your order.
3. Payment
3.1 By selecting a Course on the Website, you agree to pay the Company the fees indicated for that Course.
3.2 Payment processing is performed by the Company or its affiliates, depending on the payment method used.
3.3 You agree to pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. You also agree to pay all applicable taxes. You must provide the Company with valid payment information and authorize the Company to charge your payment method for all fees and charges due. You agree to notify the Company of any changes to your payment information. The Company reserves the right to change its prices and billing methods at any time. If payment cannot be charged to your payment method, the Company may suspend or terminate your access to the Course(s).
3.4 When you provide payment information, you represent that you are the authorized user of the account associated with that payment and authorize the Company to charge your payment method for any fees incurred by you. The Company may require additional information to meet its obligations under applicable tax law.
3.5 If your use of the Course on the Website is subject to any type of use or sales tax, GST, or VAT, the Company may charge you for those taxes in addition to the published fees.
4. Limited License
4.1 By purchasing any Course, you are granted a single-use, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access, view, and use the Course. You may download, store, and print single copies of items comprising the Course for personal use. All ownership rights in the intellectual property related to the Course remain with the Company. You may not use or reproduce any of the content without the express written consent of the Company. Any violation of the Company's copyright or trademark rights shall result in immediate termination of access to the Course without refund.
4.2 You agree not to use the Course or the Website to: (a) Violate any local, state, national, or international law or breach any contractual or fiduciary obligations; (b) Infringe on the Company's intellectual property; (c) Attempt to access any other user's account; (d) Reproduce, transfer, sell, resell, or otherwise misuse any Course, unless specifically authorized; (e) Access or tamper with the Company's systems; (f) Circumvent authentication or security measures or test the vulnerability of the Company's systems or networks, unless specifically authorized; (g) Reverse engineer any portion of our Courses; (h) Interfere with any user, host, or network, for example by sending a virus, overloading, spamming, or mail-bombing; (i) Use any functionality of the Website for purposes other than completing online courses or for pedagogical purposes; and (j) Impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
5. Course Terms
5.1 You are granted one license to access and use the Course under this Agreement.
5.2 Access durations are as follows:
- Graphic Design Course: Lifetime access.
- Graphic Design Course PLUS: Lifetime access, subject to annual subscription renewal.
- Graphic Design Course Intro: 2 years access.
The Company reserves the right to revoke access to any Course at any time due to legal or policy reasons, such as copyright complaints or breaches of this Agreement.
5.3 You may not access or use any Course or create an account for unlawful purposes. Your use of the Course and behavior on our Website must comply with applicable local or national laws or regulations. You are solely responsible for compliance with such laws and regulations.
5.4 Course materials may not be shared, copied, or distributed to third parties. The Company reserves the right to terminate your access to the Course if it suspects that you have shared login information with a third party.
5.5 The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Website and/or any Course. Planned or unplanned maintenance may occur.
5.6 Upon completion of the Course, you may receive a certificate evidencing your participation and completion, provided you submit a portfolio of at least 5 projects. You can request a participation certificate by contacting info@hashtag.study with your proof of purchase.
5.7 The Website may enable you to share content, such as homework or forum posts ("User Content"). By providing User Content, you grant the Company a fully-transferable, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the User Content. The Company reserves the right to remove or modify User Content for any reason, including violations of this Agreement.
6. Money Back Guarantee
6.1 The Graphic Design Course PLUS offers a 30-day money-back guarantee from the original purchase date. If you feel you haven't benefited from the course, we're happy to refund 100% of the course fee. To request a refund, you must submit one fully completed brief and notify us via email at info@hashtag.study within 30 days of purchase.
6.2 The Graphic Design Course and Graphic Design Course Intro offer a 14-day refund period from the original purchase date. To request a refund, please contact info@hashtag.study within 14 days of purchase.
